- Experienced restoration / mitigation sales reps
- Fire chasers who thrive in urgent, high-pressure situations
- Xactimate-proficient closers (higher commission tier)
- Self-motivated, production-driven, results-oriented
- Past employment - Belfor, ATI, BluSky, ServPro, Servicemaster or Restoration Contractor a Plus
